IVF: I am sorry to hear about your plight. It looks like your best bet iwill be ivf (in-vitro fertilization) using your own eggs and your husband's sperm. Good luck!

Expensive/possible: You can work with a fertility center to stimulate your ovaries. They can harvest eggs , fertilize them with dads sperm and form embryos. After stimulating your uterus, they can implant the fertilized eggs in your uterus, bypassing the tubes. This is expensive & not covered by insurers, but it is a way.
