Sudden changes: Sudden changes such as numbness or weakness of one side of the body, drooping of one side of the face, confusion, trouble speaking or understanding, sudden trouble seeing, trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination, or severe headache with no known cause. If you have any of these symptoms that suddenly appear, it is imperative that you seek immediate medical attention!

Neuro changes: Loss or alteration of vision, speech, balance, thinking, sensation, strength which lasts as little as 30 seconds could represent a stroke. The longer the symptoms last the more likely a stroke is occurring. Don't take a chance. Better to check it out quickly.
