What is a normal range for tsh levels?

0.4–4.0 µIU/mL: However, the upper limit may be slightly too high, with several studies showing TSH above 2 may be associated with increased risk of hypothyroidism later in life. This is the normal range for adults. It is different for children.

Depends on lab, but: Depends alot on the lab you use: most run roughly from 0.3 to about 5.0. But - this is important - most endocrinologists now consider anything above (roughly) 2.0-2.5 to be elevated, meaning an under-active thyroid. See your doctor for more specifics.
