Which is better gastric sleeve or lap band?

Depends: The results vary according to the surgeon and the patient. Both can work although some recent reports suggest that lap bands no longer be done. Like everything else, studies can say what you want them to say. I prefer the sleeve gastrectomy for many patients but i'm sure that others will disagree. We are bothh right.

Depending on the expectations, the best operation changes for every person. In terms of excessive weight loss, the sleeve is superior to the band.
