Improved vision: The goal of cataract surgery is to remove your cloudy lens and replace it with a clear intraocular lens. Your vision should improve. You might still need glasses, contact, or laser vision correction to fine tune your vision after cataract surgery.

Better vision.: You should expect better vision. Minimal to no discomfort and to return to normal activities in 24 hours. You will use drops for 3-4 weeks.
