Any and all: Since you "are what you eat" and you are made of cells that have metabolic activity andy major diet changes will affect cellular metabolism. For example - fried foods are oxidized toxins that will interfere with the ability of your mitochondria to make cellular energy. A high carb, high sugar diet will cause suppresion of thyoid function and Insulin resistance which will also impair metabolism.
