Implants are safe!: Breast surgery without implants (lifts, reductions) have few risks, and skilled plastic surgical procedures are available with many benefits and few risks. Breast augmentation: Breast augmentation has potential risks and complications just like any other surgery. You can have postoperative bleeding, there is an infection risk. The implants can not heal properly and require re-positioning. The implant can fail and require replacement. However it is the most reliable option that we have for increasing the size of the breast.
