Be careful: Surgery outside of the us can have hidden costs. You have to add the cost of travel and time away from work in addition to the normal recovery. Your immune system is not always able to fight bacteria found overseas. Standards are not the same. A breast implant company in france made the pip implant that was found to have serious problems just this year.
