Cannabis is medicine: Trying to read into this question the underlying issues makes me worry that you are using other products such as nicotine that would definitely not allow bones to heal quickly given the carbon monoxide circulating in the blood stream. Once cannot rule this out as well for smoked cannabis. But, marijuana is usually healthy in moderation for healing tissues.

Yes, it may: There are very few studies done on this, but i did find one from 2008. They discovered that marijuana delayed bone healing around titanium implants. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19077584 these implants are often used in human surgeries. I would not advise anyone who wants effective healing of bone, to smoke marijuana or regular cigarettes either.
