Get fat & diabetes: Sorry, not trying to be flippant but it's a bit of a chicken & egg question. Regardless of sex, we've linked obesity to lower t. Diabetes is also linked to low t. Recent study showed that exercising & eating right led to weight loss & boost in t. So if you want to naturally lower yours, do the opposite. But as far as taking a supplement, i'm not aware of any, although some prescription meds help.
