Mollusca?: Your description is consistent with mollusca contagiosum, a common viral wart like skin infection in children. They are benign and usually require no treatment. They can persist for months. Please see your pediatrician for confirmation or alternative diagnosis.

Lesions: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
