Sciatica: Pain is subjective. Without understanding of the type of pain you are having it is hard to diagnose. Back pain referred to ankles is usually associated with sciatic nerve and lumbar nerve root pain at l5-s1. See a spine specialist or podiatrist to evaluate your posture. Remedy could be simple as a pair or orthotics.
