GO TO THE CLOSEST ER: Now, as they will evalaute you and call the gyn who is on call for the er or the er doc will treat you and have the gyn doc on call follow you up or will see you in the hospital if necessary.

See any GYN or FP : Any primary care physician can see you for this & remove the iud if it's felt to be the cause of pain. Most offices will tell you right away if they can help or refer you to a gyn doc if needed. Make sure you're not pregnant, if you are, see any doc asap. Take care & i hope all works out well for you.
