Dr. Pam Yoder answered

Babies go where room: Fetal position is affected by the size and shape of the uterus, location of the placenta, amount of amniotic fluid (if extreme), and -- the fetus. Sometimes it is difficult to tell head from rump, but if ultrasound and movement of limbs suggests that the baby's breech, the OB doctor should know that. Report any signs of labor or leak or changes in symptoms or pressure. Obs want to know about them.
