Possibly: They are very high in oxalate and if you don't drink enough water to maintain a clear dilute urine it could precipitate with calcium and form calcium oxalate stones which are the most common kind. They are good for you as part of the mediterranean diet which also includes yogurt that reduces urine acidity and chance for stone formation.
