Low or high?: Tsh is usually the best indicator of thyroid status, so that an abnormal tsh, even with normal T3 (liothyronine) and t4, usually indicates some degree of thyroid dysfunction (low TSH seen w/ overactive thyroid; high TSH w/ underactive thyroid). T3 (liothyronine) really has to interpreted with knowledge of other tests and any thyroid meds being taken.

Need results: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results.
