Up to 20-25%: At your age, assuming you have no history of infertility, your chances of getting pregnant in any single month can be as high as 20-25% on average. Sometimes it can be higher or lower but that is average. If you have been trying for more than 3-4 months, your chances are probably a little lower than that and will drop over time. But that is normal.

Pregnancy/cycle: The statistic for a 25 year old woman is 25%/cycle of trying. This is independent of the frequency of sex in your cycle. If you keep trying for 6-8 mos without success i suggest that you consult a reproductive endocrinologist.
