What could be a reason for pain in my upper abdomen, just below the ribcage?

Too general: Need full history and physical. Knowing if u have had wt loss, blood in your stools, what triggers the symptoms and what relieves it etc. Labs and urine analyis . Upper GI series, egd, ultrasound of abdomen etc as felt needed.
