Maybe , maybe not: At your age you should be on the lowest dose bc pill if you are going to be on one which is loloesrtin.

Probably not: Ocp's are an effective way to manage pcos. However, ocp's do not cause weight loss. Many women think that ocp's cause weight gain, but that is not supported in the very large studies done to evaluate weight changes on birth control pills.
