Wt loss & exercise: How much do you weigh? What is your fasting glucose? Losing weight, at least 10% of existing weight (unless you are underweight), and exercising vigorously at least 30 minutes a day, may reduce fasting blood sugar, or at a minimum keep it from going up. You must consult your doctor before you embark on wt loss and vigorous exercise.
