Get help: Not much you can really do at home for hemorrhoids that protrude and leak mucus, except manage them and prevent worsening. Prevention always better than cure, but stool softeners to avoid straining, anti-inflammatory soothing suppositories may help. I strongly urge you to see your doc to discuss management and beter options.
