Commitment: The uniformed services university of the health services (my medical school) had a number of olympic athletes. My intercollegiant volleyball coach (fran plunkett) was also an olympian. They made a committment to their sport. They made this a priority in their life and were very disciplined with their training. They were willing to make sacrifices. It means willingness to give more than 100%.
