Depends on age, etc: It really depends on several things but especially one's age. Changes in menses can be very normal in adolescents and women approaching menopause. Some causes increase flow and others decrease it, so more info is needed. Of course, if of child-bearing age (which is quite broad), must also consider pregnancy!
