See MD if > 24 hours: Many different reasons but a long as she is acting well, not fussy, afebrile and urinating well (every 5-6 hours) you can likely watch her for a bit at home. It could be the beginning of an illness like a cold, or other viral illnesses that can give soars in your baby's mouth. Don't always blame teething! if you don't find a reason, your child is fussy, febrile or not acting well then see your doc.
