No: One year is too far removed to think it is due to your c. Section. Make sure you are getting pap smears. Sometimes a cervical ectropion can cause brown discharge (this is normal but a nuisance), and of course you need to make sure your uterus is ok. If the discharge goes on, see your doctor.
