Pregnancy with PCOS?: Women who have pcos may have trouble conceiving because they frequently don't ovulate. Consulting with a reproductive endocrinologist if you have tried for over 6 mos. Without conception is wise. Frequently Clomid (clomiphene) is prescribed which, if you respond, has about a 50+% of helping you to conceive. Your md may suggest gonadotropins if you don't conceive in 3-4 cycles.

NO its EASY: No! the only right answer to a 17 year old asking if they can get pregnant under any circumstance is yes, if you have unprotected sex you will get pregnant. There is no more fertile time in your lifetime than now and if you do have polycystic ovaries or any other medical problem then the risk of serious complications is increased on top of the already high complication rate in teenage pregnancy.
