I have a loose ac joint injury (minor). what are some weight lifting exercises i can do to strengthen that area. i have full range of motion and use?

Strengthen muscles: You want to strengthen the surrounding agonist and antagonist muscles that are intimately involved with the ac joint: these would include but not restricted to the trapezius, deltoid, pectoralis major and scapular thoracic muscles including the levator scapula, rhomboids and serratus.

variable: You tore ligaments. That takes time to heal. Otherwise deltoid, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscap, pectoralis and trapezius workouts will help with strength.
