Could be an STD: Might be due 2 minor trauma from sex, if rough or not enough lube, but need 2 also think about an std or hpv causing changes in the cervix. Chlamydia or gonorrhea can cause spotting after sex. See your doc 4 a pap to look at the cervix & check for hpv changes, & if you've had a new partner or more than 1 partner, consider std testing.
