IUD: If you had a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud placed it is common and normal for the menses to stop. This is due to the Progesterone in the iud. If you are uncertain or scared do a pregnancy test.

See your MD: Depending on the iud, you may or may not have you menses. You should call your md and take a pregnancy test. Iuds are 99% effective, but they can fail in ~1% of women.
