I have been using duo set and maxiflo 250 rotacaps by cipla for the last 6 months to control persistent cough. is there any side effects if i continue?

Work with the doctor: All meds can have some side effects in some people. Duoset has ipratropium & salbutamol, to help open up airways and decrease mucus. Maxiflo has fluticasone and formoterol, to treat asthma too. The salbutamol & formoterol are similar drugs. With long term use, one must work with his doctor to see if the diagnosis is correct, to see if he is getting well, and to see if some meds can be weaned down.
