Am I abnormal?: It is not common to have more than two testicles, but i would refrain from calling this syndrome of having three testicles as abnormal. If you have not noticed this phenomenon before, or if you have not seen a health care provider, then i would recommend a visit at your convenience. If there is any concerns they may have you under go an ultra sound to determine the anatomy in your scrotum.

No: I'ts not normal and in fact is very rare. Fewer than 200 cases have ever been reported. My brief research on the subject reports that there are usually no symptoms. The condition is called polyorchidism. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/polyorchidism.
