I am not sure?: At this age it is very hard to say that, if you work hard on it hopefully you will be fine.

Close: After resolution of the frozen shoulder, it is common to have a 10% overall loss of motion, though even this continues to improve slowly over time. The key word is patience. It really takes a lot of time.

No and yes: Once you get you motion back you will have lost the extremes of flexing and internal and external rotation. This should not affect your golf swing. A frozen shoulder in a 65 year old is not that common. You should have an x-ray to rule out arthritis. If you have not made a lot of gain in range of motion in the last six months nd do not have arthritis you should consider an arthroscopic release.

Yes: You can expect to regain full range of motion after recovery from a frozen shoulder.
