Varicocele cause you feel hungry more?is it true?

I don't think so.: A varicocele is enlargement of the veins in the scrotum, usually above the testicle. If it causes no symptoms, then it should have no effect on one's appetite. If it causes pain or other discomfort, it should decrease one's appetite. It is unlikely that having a bunch of swollen veins in the scrotum would make a guy more hungry.

No.: No. It's a part of local circulation and not directly related with digestive system. Occasionally, few men may feel fainting, nauseous while being examined upon their scrotum/testes or experiencing pain/ache in scortum ; that is due to vasovagal reflex.
