Identify the problem: You need to see a cardiologist. A 24 hour heart monitor and / or an exercise ekg test may identify why your heart seems erratic with exercise. It's important to identify the type of rhythm disturbance if any. Some may require only reassurance and others may require treatment. Do you have any other symptoms such as feeling faint, inability to exercise much, chest pain or breathlessness?
