Cervicitis: A large proportion of women with cervicitis have no symptoms at all. When present, all women have purulent or mucopurulent vaginal discharge and bleeding between menses or after sex. They may also have difficulty/pain urinating, pain during sex, or irritation in the vulvar region and vagina.
