May not be related: Gynecomastia is caused by hormonal imbalances of many causes. One of these is liver diseases such as cirrhosis. Other causes are medications. This problem is not clearly related to a tumor in the liver. Liver cancer is associated with cirrhosis, but gynecomastia is not a major sign typically.
