Good nutrition: "extra" vitamins are not going to help you stay younger-appearing or make your skin stronger or more youthful. Good nutrition is always important, but more vitamins than your body needs only stresses your kidneys and pocketbook! and they don't help! eat a balanced diet, don't gain weight, and stay out of the sun. Smoking is a real no no. Other than that, your genetics is the real basis for aging.
