What causes your hair to turn grey?

Loss of pigment : As we get older our hair loses pigmentation making the hair appear gray. If your hair turns gray when you are young it could be due to genes, a thyroid condition or a b-12 vitamin deficiency. If you are going gray prematurely see your doctor.
