More than 5-10 lbs.: Losing more than 5-10 pounds without changing your diet, increasing your exercise, and/or due to increased stress could signal a problem. It can be caused by malabsorption, thyroid disease, tapeworm, cancer, etc. Consult a physician immediately to identify the possible sources of the weight loss.
