Odd question: No, people don't walk around with virus in their blood when well. It is common for many viral illnesses to have a blood phase where the virus travels in the blood & this is much better tolerated with viruses than when a bacteria gets in your blood.Often the virus will eventually surface on the skin with a rash. Viruses & bacteria often travel in the digestive system without any signs.
