Which type of cancer has the best survival rate?

BCC on the skin: Basal cell carcinoma of the skin can frequently be removed in the office under local anesthesia. If the margins are clear then you are usually cured of that lesion. Since sun exposure likely caused it, you are still at risk for developing skin cancers in the future, so get a head to toe skin check frequently.

Any one caught early: Any cancer caught early enough is completely curable. Of course you can't choose which cancer you want to get, but in general, a basal cell carcinoma is probably the cancer with the best long term survival. It almost never metastasizes and once properly excises, rarely recurs.
