? good height ?: There is no such thing as a good height. There is a range of average, but even if you are outside that range, doesn't mean your height is bad. At 16, you are getting pretty close if not already at your final adult height. In the usa, average adult male height is 5-8'. But it also depends on your race, your genetics, your nutrition and general health. If you have concerns, talk to your doc.

Need more info: There is nothing to be scared about when it comes height, but it would be helpful to have some more information about you to have a better discussion. It would be helpful to know your gender, the height of both of your parents, and you medical history - including medicines.

CDC Growth Curve: Try plugging her numbers in to this chart http://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/data/set2clinical/cj41c072.pdf The 50% is average and of course there is a wide range of normal. BMI should be 20 to 25. Definitely not less than 18 for a young girl. More detailed history on the child may help answering this!
