Depends: Many variables contribute. Sex. Pubertal stage/development. Annual visits with your doctor will allow for a complete growth chart to be established and lead to a more accurate discussion with your physician about what to expect.

Diet and exercise: A healthy diet and exercise is the best way. Calorie restriction to under 2000 and increasing activity, such as fast walking, stair climbing, sports, etc. Don't sit down as much, but stand or walk, sitting too much is found to be very detrimental to your health.
