There is only one effective treatment for rattlesnake envenomation and that is "antivenom" which will be given to you, if needed, in your local emergency dept.. Do not cut your bite, try to extract venom, do not use electricity or a tight tourniquet, do not get bitten again trying to catch the snake! note that many bites are "dry", calm transport to ed is what you need.
