Testicular surgery.: Orchiopexy is a surgical procedure where a testicle is fixed to the scrotum it maintain its position. It is performed in cases of undescended testicle and in testicular torsion, where the testicle dangerously twists to cut off its blood supply. Bilateral means that it is performed on both the right and left sides.
