Indirectly, yes: I assume you are taking bromocriptine due to hyperprolactinemia, so you were probably not ovulating before but you probably are now. Sore breasts are common in the days preceding a period in a normal ovulatory cycle. Any chance of pregnancy? Pregnancy can also cause sore breasts.
