Almost never!: Breast cancer does not typically cause pain until it is so far advanced that the tumor is invading into the chest wall. Fibrocystic breast changes or even pain of chest wall origin could be the cause of your discomfort. Your should see your physician to determine the cause of the pain and find the best way to deal with it.
