Can be: Nothing that we do in life has no risk. Crossing the street, riding in an elevator or getting a vaccine all can have down sides. The benefits of the vaccine, however, far outweighs any risk.

Sometimes Yes But: Sometimes you can get a reaction from the vaccine like Rarely acute Allergic reaction Pain and swelling at the site of injection Low grade fever Body Aches And others rarely like rashes But these are rare instances Most of the time there is no reaction and there is no Sickness
