Yes: Antidepressants which cause norepinephrine reuptake inhibition can cause urinary retention in some pts: these include the tricyclic antidepressants (ex. Nortriptyline, imipramine, et al.); and snri's (effexor, Cymbalta (duloxetine) and pristiq).
