Incontinence: Any antidepressants that exhibit blocking properties of the peripheral nervous system can impact the organs attached to them especially the tricyclics antidepressannts such as elavil (amitriptyline). The other such notriptylline and imipramine. An ekg is always good to have since these antidepressants can impact the rate and rhymin of the heart. There are newer agents for your conditiom.
